Dr. Shah established AVCC in 1977. His specialty is Medical Oncology with clinical expertise in lung. colon, breast, lymphoma, prostate and gynecological cancers. He attended B. J. School of Medicine in India, with internship at Euclid General Hospital in Ohio. Residency was done at Christ Hospital in Oak Lawn, Illinois, Department of Internal Medicine. Fellowship in Oncology was completed at Rush Presbyterian —St. Luke's Medical center in Chicago. Dr. Shah is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, subspecialty in Medical Oncology. He has served as Chief of Staff and is an elected member of the Board of Directors of Antelope Valley Hospital. He also serves patients at Palmdale Regional Medical Center. Chosen as Ambassador of the Year and former President of our local American Cancer Society and a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
