Telemedicine is a way of providing care and consultations online. This means that you can access appointments from the comfort of your own home.

We provide telemedicine services via our portal, Doxy.me. When you have scheduled an appointment, we will send you a link via email. 

Below is a guide to accessing your telemedicine appointment. 

Before you start:

• Make sure you have completed any pre-visit lab tests. If not, you won’t be able to get an appointment. 
• To access your appointment you will need:
  • A reliable internet connection
  • A device with audio (speaker and microphone) and video capabilities
• Make sure you’re using the right browser. We recommend:
  • PC & Mac: Chrome, Firefox, Safari
  • Android: Chrome
  • iOS: Safari
• Privacy: Make sure you find somewhere private and quiet to conduct your appointment.  If there is a visitor with you, you must verbally consent to them being in the same room during your appointment. Important: We cannot conduct your appointment if you are in a public space.

Accessing your appointment:

• Click on the Doxy.me link we have sent you or copy and paste it into your browser.
• Allow webcam and microphone access.
• Type in your name and click CHECK IN.
• Your care provider will start the appointment.
